So much of the success of a yacht charter is the amazing crew that you will find awaiting you aboard, to pamper you and charm you. Your captain is your guide on your dream cruise, navigating you through majestic waters, keeping you safe, and offering ideas for entertainment on the islands.
We have asked one of our preferred yachts’ Captain a few questions about his experience and yacht chartering because a yacht charter is more than a mode to travel the Greek islands, it is the connections made on the way!

Ithaka represents the ‘return to the haven’, and is the 2nd smallest island in the group of 7 main Ionian islands. It is truly a place to visit via sea to access the most unique places it has to offer, such as its special coves. It’s an island no one can forget once they have visited, making each visitor feel like a special guest. These destinations deserve to be visited with a Greek crew to unlock the beauty those in the know can offer. Aboard your charter yacht, feel like a King returning home to paradise.

Santorini, Manthos’s native island located in the Aegean sea, is the renowned volcanic island, situated on a caldera. Also highly fabled, it is said to be the original location of the mythical civilization of Atlantis. An ancient dig in Akrotiri at the end of the island offers insight into its ancient civilization where visitors can explore networks of small homes, art, and artifacts just as they were in their time before the volcano eruption put an end to life existing there. The beautiful topography of this island offers steep cliffs with little towns atop offering incredible views to the horizon and sea, black and red sand beaches, hot springs and beautiful lesser-known countryside with vineyards. The quality of the volcanic soil makes for unique tasting produce. The white wine is famous here so be sure to sample some. The rich in flavor and minerals tomatoes are prepared here in a local dish called “tomato-keftedes” or tomato-fritters (check pic & recipe below!). Indulge your tastebuds and every other sense.
