Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose a yacht? +

Choosing the right yacht depends on several key factors. First, establish a budget, as yachts range from affordable options to ultra-luxurious mega yachts. Next, select the type of yacht—motor yacht, motor sailer, sailing yacht, or catamaran—based on your preferences. Consider the number of guests, cabin configurations, style, onboard amenities, and the level of crew service. Our team is happy to assist in selecting the perfect yacht for your needs.

How do I book a yacht charter with your company? +

Booking a yacht charter is a seamless process:

- Select Your Yacht & Dates: Choose your preferred yacht and desired charter dates.
- Reservation Confirmation: We will contact the yacht owner to secure availability.
- Contract & Documentation: You will receive a charter contract, an invoice, and bank transfer instructions for the deposit. A copy of the passport of the contract signee is required.
- Sign & Return the Contract: Once signed, we will obtain the necessary signatures from the owner, stakeholder, and broker. A finalized copy will be provided for your records.
- Deposit Payment: A 50% deposit of the yacht fee is required to confirm the booking.
- Final Payment & Preparations: The remaining balance is due 30 days before your departure. You will also complete a charter preference questionnaire to tailor the experience to your needs.

How far in advance should I book my yacht charter? +

As each yacht has only a limited number of charter dates available each year, it is always good to book as early as you can to assure the yacht of choice and dates of choice. For peak season, book at least one year in advance. Off-season charters may have more flexibility, but early booking ensures the best selection.

Is there a minimum charter length? Must I charter for 7 days? +

While a 7-day minimum is standard, some yachts allow shorter charters based on availability. If booking for less than a week, the daily rate is typically calculated by dividing the weekly rate by six. However, some yachts may require a full-week booking regardless.

For shorter getaways, we also offer day charters from Athens or throughout the Greek islands. Contact us to explore flexible options for your ideal charter duration.
